The Post Chronicle is reporting that 30-year-old John Albert Gardner of Lake Elsinore has been arrested in connection with the disappearance of 17-year old Chelsea King.  The Poway High School student was last seen on Thursday after going for a jog near Lake Hodges at the popular Rancho Bernardo Community Park in San Diego.  Gardner is being held on suspicion of rape and murder.

He is also a suspect in the assault of a female jogger in Colorado Springs on December 27th.
